Description : Bumblebee is an upcoming American science fiction film directed by Travis Knight and written by Christina Hodson. It is centered around the titular character and the sixth installment and prequel to the Transformers film seriesbut it can also serve as a door to a new reboot franchise. The film stars Hailee Steinfeld, John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Jason Drucker, Kenneth Choi, Gracie Dzienny, Rachel Crow, and Pamela Adlon. Principal photography on the film began on July 31, 2017, in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California.
More light-hearted in tone than previous entries, this is the first film live-action Transformers movie not to be directed by Michael Bay, although he will act as the producer. Bumblebee is scheduled to be released on December 21, 2018
